Super friendly and helpful staff! Tons of flavors of e-juice and e-cig products

TLDR: the employees are uninformed about their nicotine and vape products. And have no interest in customer service. (Cont...) Went in and this shop is shiny too say the least. A lot of glass products all at the normal markup. They know their glass for sure. However we went in for flavored juul pods. And looked down to where they were and picked a flavor. The employee let us know that it’s 6% so more than the 5% that juul provides. I’m used to 3rd party 6% and being as they were cheaper we went with the EON pods Black Cherry. Here’s the problem. The pods we bought are actually “5% Natural Alkaloid from Areca nut” which is a cancer causing chemical found in tree nuts. For those who don’t know, nicotine salts and vape juices do not directly lead to cancer, however the nicotine replacement in these falsely advertised pods is found to have a direct link. So I tried these pods before realizing the mistake and here’s what happened; my throat closed up, and my lungs seized up. The same happed to my S/O who tried the new flavor first. I of course went in to ask for a refund, they told me I was just not used to the 6% nicotine. I come from smoking box mods at and drip nicotine salts, so I’m more than aware of the effects high Nic has. The employee not looking away from his phone stated that because of tobacco laws they could not refund. This was incorrect considering this is neither a nicotine nor a tobacco product and the rude employee (who is just doing their job and is only faulted by lack of product knowledge and avoiding eye contact). So if you need your glass or pods, this place will do. But please avoid their 3rd party juul products and please do your research before purchasing, because their employees have no idea what their selling and this place has no intentions on keeping up their image for new customers or customer service in general.

Great guys but juice selection has all but vanished..maybe they decided to go in another direction..ie head shop. Good luck and thank you for the service the past 1 1/2!

Really disappointed with the service I received here. I purchased a defective vape and when I brought it back 2 days later to exchange it with the same employee that sold it to me, I was told they will not replace my device as it is not their responsibility. I was told I had to file a warranty claim through the manufacturer followed by a few shrugs. Will NOT be back.
