If this wasn't the only local pancake house, we would never go. The food is so mediocre, it hurts my soul to pay for it. But, this is an annual birthday spot with my daughter's friend. At least the service was amazing g this year. I received a partially incorrect order, the hash browns were as inedible as uncooked spaghetti, and the eggs were cold. But, our server, Will literally saved the night with his outstanding attitude and willingness to make it better. He had a wonderful sense of humor and saved this birthday celebration.

Went here on a Sunday morning. We had to wait 15 minutes or so since it was busy but overall the service was pretty good. The Belgian chocolate pancakes were decent but only in moderation. Not something you're necessarily proud of eating though. I typically go for heartier meals but there's a lot of sugary stuff on the menu here so be careful.

Food was very good. Lissa our waitress was very pleasant, super helpful and quick. Service with a smile. also stated that the pumpkin spice pancakes were good and that I should like them even though I'm not a huge pumpkin fan... They were amazing!! 😁 Definitely have to use the butter pecan syrup with them I think it paired very well. Girlfriend had the beef tips with eggs and that was delicious as well. First time I've been to an IHOP that I was extremely satisfied. No IHOP in New York has been this good. Oh and the pot of coffee was a great starter

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
