Hmmm, I wish it wasn't overbooked. I called yesterday to make a well check appointment for my daughter, to be told there was a spot available today. We have been here to 2 hours!!!! I love the doctors and even the nurses, but this is outrageous. If I had to deal with this 24/7 I would go elsewhere, thankfully I don't. Do yourself a favor and make a first thing in the morning appointment.

The mental health clinic at dr puglisies office can be better starting with the girl working in the front Kelly. She gets caught in lies about appointment availability many times and also about prescription details. I believe she tries to keep appointments low as possible which is a shame especially when mental health issues is on the rise. My daughter's appt gets switched around by her when other office worker says that day was available but kelly steps in and says no and changes it Dr Puglisie gets the correct medication prescribed for my daughter and its helping thanks to him for that but at times he is moody and it rubs off on my daughter.
