Absolutely great! The woman in the store really knew the products and was able to answer all of our questions quickly correctly. We will definitely be returning.

Update: I feel compelled to share my review again since the business somehow took it down... Terrible! I am absolutely appalled at what I just witnessed! My sister had suggested I visit Herb Rx because she and two other people we know had success shopping there. I was looking forward to my experience but could barely get through the door before it turned into a nightmare! As soon as I walked in, I heard an aggressive male voice repeatedly swearing over the phone using f-words and yelling at the young woman who was tending the counter. I was shocked! She quickly looked embarrassed and apologized, saying something about how their new software was acting up and the owner was frustrated. No, I heard exactly what he was saying, and he was directly swearing AT THE EMPLOYEE, using disgusting profanity. I told the young woman that I would not give my business to someone who couldn't even treat their employees with respect. She profusely apologized but I told her that HE was the one who needed to apologize, not her. This is so sad that in 2018, men still treat women in this manner. As a middle-aged person, I cannot believe how we as a society have not broken this vicious cycle yet. Younger generations are not learning. He does not know the damage he is doing as he contributes to the societal problems we face. I quickly called my sister and she said she will immediately stop shopping at Herb Rx and urge her friends to do the same. People need to stand up in these situations. I would much rather give my business to someone who can show more maturity than a small child. CBD is supposed to help with stress and anxiety so I hope that young lady is taking large amounts to deal with a business owner who is so horrific. I also saw on their facebook page that they are teaming up with Montee Ball so I can only imagine this company is being ran by abusive misogynists. DO NOT SHOP AT HERB RX! (Please note, I couldn't give 0 stars, unfortunately, so I'm giving 1 star in order to write this review.) To the owner: It was at the Sun Prairie location. I heard enough of the conversation (standing by the open window/door) to validate it was indeed the owner. If you want to continue to lie, I can share the video I took of the whole scene, including me walking in to the shop and her saying she was sorry to me and the owner was frustrated at new software, to which I corrected her and said I heard the real situation? You even stated, "I am the owner and you are the f-ing employee and if you can't do your f-ing job, it's simple and I'll come down and you can f-ing leave." The only reason I actually came in the store was to tell the employee that I was appalled and refused to give business to someone like you. I hope the employee sees this review because I would like to tell her this: Do not let any person, man or woman, speak to you in this tone. You are a valuable human being. No job is worth staying in an environment like this. You are worthy. You deserve to be appreciated.

Annie was super nice and knowledgeable about the products. They don't charge a crazy amount like apple Wellness. Apple wellness charges twice the amount. They're not there to help anybody. Go here! 😁

I live with fibromyalgia, ADHD, C-PTSD and anxiety among other challenges... I found this store in Sauk and it is simply amazing. Educated friendly staff. Every kind of cbd I could think of. From flower to salve to bath bombs... I bought a tincture and flower. And I think that I have found my go to place... They even do free shipping (over $25) of all that online.. ugh I sound like an advertisement... AND I just can't explain enough to people how nice it was to feel at ease in a store that is there to help people like me... chronic pain or any chronic illness at that is not easy.... I don't think I could give enough thanks for the relief this store has helped me find... Thank you guys for being awesome!
