I’ve been in this store a total of 4 times now, searching for the best product for me. The first couple experiences were great speaking with the gentleman behind the counter who was very helpful and informative. However, the last time I went there was a woman behind the counter who was very direct, not in a good mood, and seemed disinterested in making a sale. Customer retention should be a top priority for any new business. My money wont be spent here again.

Really wish I could give this place more than 5 🌟 These guy's are absolutely amazing!! They have a wide variety of products to choose from and above that a larger selection of flavors to pick from as well, depending on your needs. They will thoroughly explain the products and are very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable being in the store. Best of all, and this is my favorite part, hands down they have the BEST (lowest) prices in Jackson!! Definitely visit this store if you're interested in these products. Like my review? This place is awesome! They have such a friendly staff and atmosphere! The products they sell are worth every penny and you can tell they have done their research on these products because they know a lot of information when asked about them! They even have a table full of information when you walk in. Different varieties of products for each and every need. When you go, ask to speak to Adrian or Jacob and I promise you won’t be disappointed! Tell them I sent you 😊

The owners are very nice and helpful. They will answer any questions you have about any of their products. The prices are a little high for me but then again I don't really like spending money lol. I bought some Hemp Salve for my eczema and I can honestly say I love it. Its thick and goes on easy and I don't have to reapply like other lotions and salves. I don't itch when I use it. I even let my daughter use it she has eczema worse than I do and we haven't been able to find anything to help with her. This does work and I'm so grateful that I was able to stop in and get some. The edibles and the Soothe Syrup works really well also. Helps me sleep with no waking up in the middle of the night and no bad dreams. Thank you guys for helping me find what I needed to help me and my daughter.

Great customers service. It’s always good to be around friendly people, whom can answer any questions you have. Awesome place. I’ve been to other hemp stores only to leave unsatisfied with plenty of unanswered questions. I highly recommend Hemp Life in Jackson Tn.
