I have been going here for years and was a little weary when ownership changed but we love Dr. Hayden and her staff. Would recommend anyone to her office. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and overall not pushy when it comes to spending money. And they always have stylish frames

Me and my daughter have been visiting this office for many years, since switching from Henry Ford Optimize. I particularly liked how patient they were with my daughter when she got her first contacts. Now that she is in college, all it takes is a quick phone call to get a refill. They've also shipped them directly to her at school.

I appreciated the organization, friendliness, and thoroughness of the office. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. The office had updated impressive equipment. The doctor listened to me and helped me get into contacts that worked. The staff there worked with me to make sure I could save the most amount of money utilizing my insurance efficiently. They are great, complete transparency about what you can get with your insurance and explain everything really well. I had a coverage/billing issue, they called me right away and worked with me on resolving it. It is easy to get an appointment, the office hours are convenient, and everyone is nice and helpful!

The Dr. V. was not rushed and answered all my questions as she examined by eyes. The staff was helpful in getting me into the same style glasses I had before. They took the time to answer my questions too.
