The office staff were very kind, welcoming and efficient. They explained the process, paperwork details and made sure I understood everything I signed. The doctor was kind, caring and did not make me wait like a normal doctors office. I would highly recommend this office, the staff and doctor! Thank you to Healthy Partners for making this experience great!

Applied for my card for the first time here. Really easy experience. I received the card 24 business days after going to healthy partners (34-35 days total). The wait isn't because of healthy partners but instead from waiting on the state. Also, they originally told me that some dispensaries would accept the physicians paperwork prior to actually getting the real card and from what I understand that was true but all of the dispensaries in Lansing stopped doing that(at least that's what I was told over the phone when I called the dispensaries). Again, this was not the fault of healthy partners. I only include it in my review because when I was first applying for my card I wanted to know how long I should expect to wait on the card and what if anything would work as a temporary card, and while the Lansing dispensaries don't accept the physicians paperwork, apparently there are some in Detroit/Ann arbor that still will. I'm not positive, and of course there is a possibility that these rules will change now that Michigan has passed recreational marijuana. Anyway, healthy partners was really nice and very easy to work with. I plan to use their services again next year when I need to renew my card. Super Short wait, super flexible scheduling, courteous office staff and a nice understanding physician. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in answering my questions about the process. I Highly recommend them.

Great service in a safe and discreet location. The staff is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist with your specific needs or questions. Never a line and never crowded. Very professional.
