Heather Bird is great! I always feel I get 100 % of her attention. She is very gentle and very intuitive. I always leave her office feeling I had a profound shift towards better health. Absolutely love her!!

Heather at Healing Bird is nothing short of magic. When I met Heather, I was in a chaotic time of my life. I didn’t know what direction to go and felt pretty lost. I had my first session with her without needles due to my needle fear, and holy moly, I was a different person when I walked out the door. The sun was shining, I noticed all the beautiful colors again, and felt like I could take on the world. I was almost frustrated by the fact that I had tried so many other methods of healing like talk therapy and medication without results... but one session with heather had my life turned around 180 degrees. I wish I had met her sooner, but none the less she came into my life at the perfect time and gave me that gentle nudge of hope and support I needed to be the best version of myself. If you are on the fence about booking, take the leap. You won’t regret it and you will watch your life grow into your perfect reality.

The experience I’ve gone through with Dr. Bird have been extremely helpful and not only life changing but definitely on a personal level as well with myself. The things she has helped me in making small little fixes to myself have gone a long way. Not only is she very warm hearted and sweet and caring. She connects with you personally and helps with whatever you need done for yourself not going off recommendations. She has definitely helped me connect better with myself and helping me with feeling just 100% pure healthy happiness.

Heather is incredible! I've been seeing her for almost two years, and she's helped me through a variety of issues. First of all, I don't think I would have gotten pregnant without her help. And she helped me through my pregnancy with everything from relieving anxiety to regulating my emotions- pregnancy hormones are so real y'all! She also helped to alleviate the aches and pains that come with growing a human. My pregnancy was healthy and wonderful, due in no small part to Heather's work. She doesn't stop at acupuncture, she has a whole picture perspective and will recommend herbs and supplements when needed, suggest healing foods and more. One example is I tested positive with GB strep when I was 37 weeks pregnant and she helped put together a 2 week protocol with food, probiotics, and some other things. I tested negative at week 39 so didn't need antibiotics during labor! She's awesome! My son loves her too.

Heather Bird has helped me to greatly reduce pain and tension in my body. Heather also has a way of helping me to release patterns that aren't serving me. She creates a warm and caring environment, and I look forward to our sessions.
