Never again. Your response is entirely inaccurate. This incident was not my encounter with your poorly managed crack pipe store. Your immature reponses to all these reviews shows who you are. Like a baby needing the last word.

!!!Don't shop here!!! There are several other shops in town that have what you need. This place has excellent customer service, until you have an issue. I have not had a more aggressively negative customer service experience. I purchased a piece of glass on a Saturday, it broke on the inside while cleaning it the next day. The piece retailed for 35 bucks and had a cost of no more than 10 to the store. When I brought the item in and asked for a refund, the only employee (son of the owner) had no authority to make a decision regarding this 10 dollar piece of glass and asked me to make another trip instead. I explained it wasnt worth the effort for me and asked him to reconsider, he refused. At this point, as a customer i presented the expectation to be helped now or never again. He responded very angrily and aggressively from that point forward. I left the poorly made object on the counter and left. That 10 dollars he saved the store cost him 1000's in future business.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
