The selection here just grows and grows. The staff are super approachable too. I've never had a negative interaction here and they treat you like every order is worth their time. I always tip. There's something for every budget here. Go! These guys have done a lot to refresh that busted little corner in Skyway and have really built an excellent, sure to last business.

I have been coming to Have A Heart for a year now, and I am forever impressed with the knowledge and empathetic nature of the tenders there. Their customer service and eagerness to please is outstanding. Nick and Aaron are a couple of people that consistently stand out. Always willing to help and quick to find a solution for an inquiring mind. Love this team. So, so very much.

Great selection. Waited 20 minutes in line... that's way too long. The guy at the door was super friendly. I was gonna leave 2 stars because the wait was ridiculous... front door guy was extra cool and made everyone feel welcome so I'm giving an extra star

PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER STORE---- HAVE A HEART, SKYWAY, HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROVIDES AN OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE . TRY A BETTER SHOP, ANYONE WILL DO!! I will never return to have a heart Skyway due to the experience that I had on last Sunday and the follow-up phone call that I had with a employee of have a heart Skyway today.. I had ordered two grams of Smokey Point regulator xtrac which was advertised on sale at all have a Heart locations every Sunday and should have been charged $12 a piece .unfortunately I was charged full price and recognized this before I paid the cashier at that point I asked the cashier aren't the Smokey Point one grams that I purchased on sale. at that point I was told "no" they were not so I continued with the transaction and purchased my weed and left .so here I sit today ready to make another online purchase planning to go to have a heart Skyway but I recalled my experience last Sunday so it made me explore the website for have a heart Skyway to ensure that they had the Sunday Smokey Point sell. I saw it on the website so today I called and spoke to an employee by the name of Jordan at the have a heart Skyway and was told that it was his belief that his store did have the Smokey Point Sunday sale which included the one gram dabs that I had purchased last week .I told him about the situation and he made no apologies and stated all sales were final and the $6 that I was overcharged was of no consequence. the only thing that he might be able to do was "maybe" give a discount for a future purchase. I understand the concept that all sales are final ,isn't that with informed consent that the information that I am receiving from the cashier is correct in regards to the sale. I do believe that is correct and I was given incorrect information about my purchase which led me to continue and now all sales are final. I'm not arguing with the aspect that all sales are final but in this specific incident there was no level of appropriate customer service. I explained to Jordan fully over the phone then I had the receipt and all I really wanted was a solution so that I could make an online purchase at have a heart Skyway and continue being a proud and satisfied customer of Skyway have a heart. unfortunately that is not the case and I know I'm just one lowly pothead that isn't going to choose to go to the shop but I would think that the folks in management on a higher level might be concerned at this level of disregard for customers. Anyways I will not be a customer at have a heart Skyway and I will let my friends know why and will do my best to convince them that there are much better shops out there then have a heart Skyway.

This place is one of the worst stores I have ever been into. The employees basically “makeup” the loyalty accounts and you have a different amount of points each day you come in and no one really seems to know how it works it seems like a scam. It was one of the best loyalty points systems but not anymore something changed. The place use the have a fun cannabis culture vibe but has seemed to turn into a corporate sell out. All the employees use to seem more bubbly and happy and now it’s like walking into a Walmart. I will shop elsewhere from now on

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
