What a great experience! The people there are so nice and caring! I didn’t know what I was doing and so nervous, but they taught me and made me feel right at home... I highly recommend them.

Slow to the gate but finished well. My initial "appointment" wasn't documented by the staffer who answered the phone. Once finally settled, the rest was quick and easy. From coming in as a child of the mid 70's, walking into "the menu" was enough to bring a grin on this mug. Always be informed, educated, knowledgeable and keep that open mind on board..

First of all my name is Ed Czorniak from OP and I’ve been going here for about 6 months. There is no one over 30 working at any of these stores yet almost all of their customers are over 30. This is a facility for handicapped people many I see in walkers yet when I fell on the ice this year right outside the door on my tailbone (which is rather ironic because I was on pain killers for years because of back problems) because the sidewalk wasn’t salted and went back in to tell them to put out salt, all I got was ”the landlord won’t do it it”.Not “are you ok?” I’m 63 with back issues which is how I got my card. Not done yet. The online ordering is a great idea but inefficient and is never updated. I would think that at any other company if this were to happen people would be fired. Would never work by me that is for damn sure. Wait there’s more and I’ve only been going there about 6 months. They have had the worst chairs you could possibly imagine and if you have a bad back like me you need a job crane to get out of it. They have been there since at least September and I’ve heard others complain about them too. Today when I asked when they are getting new chairs the answer I got to my amazement was “people keep breaking them”.... What the???? Wow. This is a perfect example of what happens when there is no one like OSHA or insurance auditors to answer to. I was young too but when an elderly person needed help I didn’t hesitate. I hate to say this but it is a perfect example of how socialism works. Ridiculous, 2 stars is generous but I’m stoned.
