This being my first card and growing up being very aware of the stigma around Marijuana, I was worried about going to a doctor or location that would be too... casual, for lack of better words. I was happy to find that this location had a very clean and professional feel. It is a small office where they see patients by appointment only. The wait time when I got there was nearly non existent, and the woman at the front desk was polite and ready to help me get paperwork in order. I had brought in medical records, but being from my patient portal they lacked some in-depth details, so she offered to contact my doctor for me (which was fine). The process to be seen was pretty painless. When I was seen, I was first met by Dave who is a MM educator. I had not really ever used Marijuana before and so there was a lot I did not know. He did a wonderful job covering all the bases and there was absolutely no judgement with questions I had. The conversation was education and comfortable! After the education session, I met with the doctor and he was looking over the conditions I hoped to treat, gave me a list of strains for day time and night time, and recovered some information about how to best treat the conditions I had. I will definitely be back at this location when it comes time to renew

The gentleman that answers the phone has an incredible personality!! I loved how this clinic ran appointments on time so I didn't have to spend the whole day there. I also appreciated their cheaper rate. This clinic was cheaper (about $85 cheaper) than the clinic I was previously using to keep my card updated. I will definitely be using this clinic to keep my card updated in the future. 👍

As a patient with a few rare chronic illnesses, the doctor took the time to print out information beneficial to me during the process; specific to my condition(s). The person at the front desk, Denise, was wonderful as was the remainder of the staff. All very informative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Amazing from beginning to end. Right from the first call to schedule my appointment that was very educational and super helpful, to checking out, they made the process easy and made sure I d all the documentation I needed before I arrived as well as gave me a wide variety of choices and educated me on different options for my condition and how to maintain a regiment that works for me. Absolutely Amazing experience for me personally to have such great well educated advisers help me find what’s right for me so I am not continuing to take the 20 some pills I was on

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
