The staff were excellent. They were very polite and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. The doctor ( Susan ) was very polite and very helpful. I'd recommend the Hagerstown office to anyone. There wasn't enough stars to rate them. So I gave them a 5 star rating when they're actually a 10 star.

Most of the staff was nice but I have to be honest here. I felt a little disrespected and insulted when the doctor initially told me he wasn't going to treat me and refer me to somewhere else because he accused me of smoking cannabis when I in fact haven't smoked anything but cigarettes since the beginning of the decade that's the only reason why I'm giving them 3 stars here. It wasn't until I offered a piss sample and explained that I'm a realtor and that I did a home inspection a week ago where the house reeked of that smell which must have clung to my hat that he was smelling. All he needed to see was my key ring and he would have seen multiple year keytags. Anyway he eventually treated me and the rest of the experience was painless. I just wish he hadn't judged me before he even knew what he was accusing me of.

Very helpful and freindy staff. Didn't know really what to expect so my anxiety was slightly high but after talking to the staff I relaxed. It was a great experience!!!
