Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with their customer service. I emailed the company about their money back guarantee and was responded to by Willy Workman on 08/15. He told me he would get my message to the right people and they would help me with the refund. After no follow-up by 08/20, I emailed again and he has yet to reply and it is now 08/28. I purchased from another company that not only stood behind their guarantee, but even offered suggestions and alternative products to try and help me with my inflammatory skin condition. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and have. This company, however, could care less. The product in question was cbd infused salve 75mg. It smelled wonderful but was weak.

Very poor experience with customer service. It does not seem like the company has their act together. I ordered a product they charged me for it. Then without my knowledge the funds showed back up in my account. They then called like three months later and wanted to charge my account, instead of telling them tough luck I was the bigger person. I then told them that money was a little tight and that I would allow them charge my card mid September when I had the funds free. Green garden gold then proceeded to charge my card today right after rent was paid at the end of the month. I had my gas money and food money for my family budgeted now I have to choose between my family eating or getting back and forth to work. I called them and they said they would make a phone call but i have not received a call yet.
