I walked in after a year to renew my certification and I was immediately recognized and greeted by the awesome receptionist - ironically, I wish I could remember her name so I could give her props! She got together all of my paperwork within minutes and got me back to see the doctor, another person with a great personality. After a few minutes I was ushered over to who I believe is the manager of the facility and he actually recognized me as well. I guess I just have to say that I was super impressed with the staff’s courtesy and service; they make the entire experience welcoming and easy. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would... These people have no respect. Not only is their customer service horrible but they don't reward you at all for returning or referring other people. They don't care about your ailments or problems!

Was having trouble getting a card. Called at 11:00 am, was helped on just what I needed to have, by 4:00 pm everything was done. Got my card 10 days later. They where very helpful with everything.

Not sure why the negative feedback on a handful of these reviews. I don't normally write reviews but my experience here was above and beyond any I've had at any medical clinic or office. Every member of their staff from start to finish was genuinely invested in my case, and that I went through the process comfortably and at my own pace. They made sure I was educated and left with all questions answered. The woman at the front desk even stood outside in the Arizona heat to flag me down when I had trouble finding the place. It was a straightforward and quick process, but I did not at all feel rushed or that my situation did not matter. The great experience continued even days after I left the clinic. I had submitted an error on my paperwork and heard back from the Arizona department of health asking me to fix it. When I went to fix that error with them I discovered Green Cross had already done so for me. What's more, they had done so within ten minutes of the state sending us the notice about the error in the first place. By the time I called my new card was already being printed and shipped to me. They fixed it before I even knew about it! I have no doubt I'll be returning next year, and the year after that.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
