Dealership experience was great overall .. Attendant met me in the lot and provided direction on what to do wand where to go .. Service adviser was help besides the Up sell in service. The truck had a few recalls and was in for a Check Eng light .. it was going to take awhile so i was given a loaner .. I met the service Manager who was very Nice and we had a conversation about the truck.. i departed for work and was called that afternoon the truck was completed. i arrived early the next morning and the overall pick up was effortless , they had my truck pulled up and waiting , by the time i got home check engine light was on again .. returned to the dealer and was given another loaner for the weekend , truck was ready Monday afternoon and so far no issues with the work they performed .

My dream car was the GMC Terrain, but I had a Nissan. Upon my arrival I chose to speak with Ernie Baptista(from recommendations) and I was extremely happy with how knowledgeable he was! He didn’t try to up sell me on any higher packages. He knew what I was looking for and what I needed and accommodated me. For the financial part of my purchase I spoke with JD who was amazing, he put on some tunes and began working the numbers. I told him the price I wanted to be at, and he found all the rebates and incentives I qualified for and made it work! Best group of people I’ve ever experienced in the car business, and now I have my dream car!

On 3/22/2019 I bought my GMC Arcadia in for scheduled service, It was a great experience. My SUV was serviced in a timely fashion and that was great for me because I live a distance away from the dealership. The staff at Green Brook Service Dep't was efficient and respectful. The service required was completed without any delays. The waiting area was clean and comfortable which made our short wait seem shorter than we expected.

I've been getting serviced at Green Brook GMC for over 20 years and 3 GMCs purchased at Green Brook - BY THE SAME PEOPLE!!! The experience is always smooth and the work is perfect. Thanks folks.... don't change a thing...
