Jam packed. Salesperson VERY helpful took quite a bit of time answering my questions and showing me stuff. I felt comfortable making a large purchase (250 plus) without doing a great deal of research because the salesperson was knowledgeable and their prices are spot on

Really great store! Great variety to choose from. Really friendly staff. They even went in the back to look for what I was looking for.they were not pushy and did not make me feel uncomfortable like most stores do. Products in store are definitely unique in quality made. If you're looking for something different this would be the place to go.

Don't get me wrong, I love the people. They have created an atmosphere that is wonderful, and informative and this review is not in anyway a reflection on the staff. Unfortunately however, due to their understanding return policy, I feel they should be looking more into how well some of their products work in terms of general maintenance. I have bought 3 different oil vape products from this store and all 3 have broke in terms of just their basic chargers or ability to hold the pen because the teeth just wear off so bloody fast! All 3 products unfortunately have gone bad within 2 months and I can no longer bring service here due to this because I have no way of returning either and do no wish to risk any more of my money on a product that won't work in the next couple weeks.

Relaxed. They aren't pushy but helpful. They are also knowledgeable about the things they sell. They do glass blowing on certain days you can watch for free, which is cool!
