To be honest very awful service I had put in orders a few times and they haven’t come in say here waiting for it to show up but they never came I called go puff and they said my order has been pending over an hour there is no excuse to why they didn’t deliver my stuff I’m a 5 minute drive from there office and that’s why I don’t tip them. Not to mention when I called they had canceled the order then they lied and said the resent it but they didn’t and the week prior to that I got an order like 2 hours from the estimated delivery time and the order was 10 something I gave him 20 no tip included and he didn’t give me my change

I hate to leave reviews like this, but it’s a disappointing experience for sure. Took two hours to get delivered when the location is literally 1.8 miles from my house. Came to the point where I assumed nobody was even delivering the stuff I ordered. When the driver finally showed up, i was basically asleep, and it was completely wrong. Not a single item was correct. They Literally failed at everything they offer in their value proposition. It Was not fast, and was completely incorrect. Definitely not using this service again.

Normally you guys are my jam, but your support email was passive when I asked about a refund I never received for an item that didn’t show up in my order. I wasn’t even notified that the item wasn’t coming. I really don’t want to order from ya’ll if I’m going to have items missing & difficult communication.

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this.
