I recently visited the MRI out patient on east side, and the EEG on the west side of the hospital. Got great patient services from either sides! All Techs are polite and very curtious! The receptionist PATTY in MRI went beyond my expectations! I wonder why this hospital has some poor rating! In my experience I feel I came to a great place and I will definitely recommend this place to any one who needs a great care!

Service was quick and I was seen quickly, Staff was friendly and professional. They helped me with what I needed. The bed however, the sheets had foreign goop on it because it was not changed. The breathing specialist changed my sheet for me which was nice of her. The Dr. was nice and treatment was good. The security guard was a nice guy too.

From beginning to end staff was friendly and courteous. Everyone was meticulous with verification. Hospital was clean with no bad odors. Meal menu had lots of choices. Lots of free parking also.

MURDERERS! Its been years since my dad passed away. This is painful for me to write as I am missing him. I felt the staff and nurses didn't give him the best care he deserved. I believe there were mistakes made. My sister who's a nurse knows that for a fact. My dad would be alive if it weren't for their negligence. My dad was getting better and was getting his speech back and he tried so hard, and it hurts so much to know that nothing was done for him, he should've been transferred to a place that specializes in neurological disorders. I see the other reviews here, all of them should say 5 stars. I've been talking to a lawyer to get legal advice and even though the statute of limitations has expired, I still believe they were negligent. Don't worry God's wrath is way stronger than mine, I'll put it in his hands.
