I've been trying to get through for my test results since Monday. (5 days.) The lab technician has not left a voicemail and only tried to reach me once. Whenever I call, she doesn't answer. I've left messages but to no avail. One of the lab techs is also really rude and unwelcoming. The other is wonderful and pleasant. The overall quality of the clinic is nice. Most staff are great and I've always received awesome care. This is the one issue I've had since I've gone here, but it is very important and I wish they had some sense of urgency. Other than this one issue, I have no real complaints. I've been using them for a while now and I really like it here. So despite my frustrations with their lab department, I'll give them 4 stars.

Short story, I didn’t feel comfortable with the consultation/service from the doctor and went to a different doctor next day. The second doctor prescribed something stronger for my poison ivy and I immediately felt better. Not coming back to this clinic. Time and money wasted for poor service. Long story I went to this clinic for what I assumed was poison ivy on my face. Doctor asked me “if I was sure it was poison ivy...“(what the heck I’m there for their treatment, they have to know how to diagnose). They gave me a shot and prescribed some pills and ointment. I didn’t feel comfortable after the doctor consultation and I didn’t feel that the shot helped even with ointment, my face still itched. The very next day I went to a different doctor gave them all the info from the previous doctor. I was told to keep the ointment but he took the pills and said that the shot and pills where the right medicine. The only problem was that the dosage amount was for a 50 pound child (I am nowhere near 50 pounds). Two hours later my rash went down extremely. More than 50% was gone. Overpriced for a poorly done service. Not coming back. Sorry for the rant but just wanted to share my experience.

I went for what I thought was something simple Instead was sent to the ER ,This was my first visit here in twenty years or so. While in the ER , Georgia Highlands called several times, when I was able to speak with them they just wanted to make sure I had make it to the ER and was getting treatment. I have never had a Dr. office care enough to keep calling like that to make sure I was ok. I usually hate the whole doctor experience. I think I have found some place that makes it easier so Thank you to Danielle and Dr. Madhaven

Clean facility. Nice staff. They return calls quickly. The doctors are very thorough with their care of the patients. I love the app that they use because I can track my visits and my labs and talk with the nurses and doctors.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
