The staff at Fremont Ford is amazing. I love that the owners are there to serve the customers. Mike was the owner I worked with. He found the best sales person for me to work with, Jeremy, and worked within my budget to get the perfect car for me. The whole staff has bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else.

As a rule, I immensely dislike car dealers. Early in my career I was an accountant for a large dealer organization. During that time I saw dishonesty, bigotry, and the kind of shady ethical gamesmanship that sets the stereotype. Fremont Ford is a shining exception to my general view of car dealers (particularly in Fremont where I have had repulsive experiences with the other two large dealers in town.) Sure, they'd like to sell me a new Mustang convertible, but I can't blame them for that - but I still love my Town Car, and their Parts Department Manager has been terrific as I've periodically had to do some work on it. The Sales Dept. did well by my nephew when he needed a car to head off to California for law school, and the Service Dept. & Body Shop have been great to my Dad, even though he was bringing a Buick to them to work on. I can't imagine taking a Buick anywhere else for service in that town though - especially if you're a dog lover (and yes, there IS a story behind that comment.)
