It’s always something at Franks but the straw that broke the camels back was last month when they charged me over $80 for a prescription as a Medicaid recipient—saying that they needed a PA to give me medicaid prices despite proof of insurance. I agreed to pay the $80 provided they connect with my doctor for future prescriptions and make right on the $80 next time. Of course when I return the following month they attempt to charge me $80 again after forgetting to send my medication to my drs office (this has happened several times as well) so I had to drive 15 miles to get my medicine that day. When I arrive at the pharmacy they said that they did not have a PA again and I remind them of the issues we previously had they said that they’ll reach out to my doctor for next time. Clearly they’re not doing their job to follow up because if they were they would have already had the PA. Refusing to pay $80 again, they offered to allow me to utilize pricing for a drug program they have in place—one that they said was not an option for me a month ago. This place can’t keep their answers straight, they interrupt you when you’re trying to discuss an issue with them that they cause, and I feel that they are taking advantage of people who need their services by not doing an adequate job since they don’t feel they have to. Receptionists at my doctors office are never surprised when there’s an issue with Franks so it must be a frequent occurrence. I would really like my money back for the time that they overcharged me, but I don’t plan on going back there.

Everyone is super friendly they have great holiday deals and they had food and beverages out to consume! Love this place and how much money I just saved on Christmas shopping! Great stuff!👍😁😍

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
