I would like to share my great experience I had at this location. I've been needing glasses since my exam 5 months ago and decided to get it done today . These days people never hesitate to complain but sometimes don't take time to say thanks. My two ladies that day Susan and Kim were great . I felt bad that I was there at lunch time and being in retail I understand how things go because we have to take care of our customers and represent the company we work for. To the management of Four Eyes you have got two outstanding employees and I wanted to take time to acknowledge them. By the time my shopping and fitting was done they made me feel like part of the family. I purchased glasses and sunglasses and tried to buy them lunch but I understand the Dr. already took take of that. I promised them I will bring lunch for both, not for any other reason except they both gave me outstanding customer service, and made me feel good. Sometimes it takes days, weeks, and years to earn a customer ... but only a second to lose one forever. Susan, and Kim your company has the pleasure of earning customers as long as you both are there. Thank you both Ed Earley

Keep going back even after I moved to Valpo. Service is amazing. Susan is a rockstar and keeps me coming back. Great customer service and gives you honest opinions. A rarity in today’s society. Worth the drive

I had my first exam with this location last week and traffic was BRUTAL! What usually takes 10-15 minutes for travel, took me nearly 40 MINUTES! That being said, they didn’t shame me for being late or penalize me in any way. They were very courteous and kind, and the optometrist was thorough and seemed to be genuinely interested in my needs and concerns. He didn’t make me feel rushed, and the high level of care he provided was very refreshing! The only reason I’m giving four stars is because of the low quantity of frames to choose from. I HIGHLY recommend this office and optometrist if you want to be treated professionally and feel valued as a patient.

Came in today and was pleased by the friendly and helpful staff. They were very affordable and offered lots of different options. Shout out goes to the young lady who helped pick out the right shades for the right price 😎
