There’s not enough room to write all the great things about this place. Personable, knowledgeable, and caring clinic dedicated to making me feel my best. Package prices are affordable and I’ve really felt a difference in only three or four sessions over the last couple months. I also had to move out of state suddenly, and they connected me with someone near my new place with the same education and they’ve both been working on my treatment since I’m still going to both clinics. I really feel like they’ve invested in my wellbeing and that is a rarity these days!

It's very hard to find good massage therapists these days and I would definitely recommend five shen over and over again. I will definitely be returning, they offer acupuncture as well and also have several different affordable clinic options for people who have low incomes but need treatment. I also love their tea and herbs they sell too! Just an all around great business and I'm so very glad I found it!

I used a groupon for a massage and acupuncture stress treatment today. I was so impressed with both services that I am returning for a full wellness consultation with associated acupuncture and herbal treatments next week. I have been an avid fan of acupuncture since I discovered its benefits several years ago when I worked in Central Florida. However, since relocating to this area(SC), I have had a couple of bad experiences with local natural health practitioners; and up to now have traveled 2 hours toward the Atlanta market to get effective acupuncture treatments. It appears I dont need to make that Georgia journey anymore-- James Berry/Acupuncturist and Rosemarie Berry/massage are a VERY IMPRESSIVE and knowledgeable team. If you are scared of needles, I would suggest you try the stress buster acupuncture treatment first and foremost. Its super quick and easy needles insertion. Then you just lean back in the reclining chair provided, relax and listen to the soothing music piped into the center. You will fall asleep--trust me. And Rosemarie-- will give you an amazing massage and will further pull more stress, pain and stiffness out of your mind, body and soul!! In additional, this wellness clinic has the most delicious tea blends that I have had in a while. They also have all sorts of wellness activities---for families, veterans and the community. ALL AT AFFORDABLE PRICES!! I look forward to 'getting my natural wellness on in 2016' at Five Shen Wellness & Acupuncture.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
