Used them for repair as they are a BH Fitness authorized repair center. Because of the way I wanted to be billed the first technician visit was missed, but the scheduler took full responsibility and apologized (but it was really my fault because I wanted to be billed in a slightly nonstandard way and that was outside their usual flow). When we rescheduled - they squeezed me in quickly - I was delighted with the technician, who showed up on time and was polite, friendly, conversational, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and we ordered the parts from BH while I stood there; the return visit to install them and to incidentally do treadmill maintenance is included so in about a week I'll have a working treadmill again. The people I dealt with, both the scheduler and the technician, were pleasant and clearly had a customer-service orientation. Some of that is probably training but some of that is hiring a nice person to begin with.

Danny (the owner) of the Fitness Superstore is an amazing guy. He is one of the most professional guys I have ever met in the fitness industry. He actually cares about every person who walks into one of his many stores. Doesn't matter if your looking for a 10 pound plate or an entire truckload, he is the same guy all the time. His goal is to ensure every customers needs are met! He sells everything you need from cardio and fitness machines to free weights and swing sets. His stores are clean, organized and easy to maneuver through. His sales professionals are educated and well spoken and also have a customer first attitude. I thank Danny and his team for all he has done for me and I RECCOMEND that everyone stop by one of his stores if you're looking for anything fitness related. I recently purchased a treadmill for my house from Ultimate Fitness Superstore. Danny was very helpful and knowledgeable to help find the best treadmill for my family while staying within the budget I was looking to spend. The installation team was just as exceptional. The treadmill was delivered within 3 days and the installation team was able to accommodate my schedule with an evening delivery.

We recently purchased a treadmill from Ultimate Fitness in East Hanover. Visited the store a few times prior to the purchase. Danny was great, no pressure to purchase - no stress buying experience. Delivered and installed on time. Would definitely recommend them.
