Over all I am very pleased with most aspects of this company even though I have been having difficulty getting my CBD Oil Concentrate. This is what I primarily use. A lot of times they don’t have it and now you may only buy 1 bottle at a time. I need two bottles a month. My last purchase of oil was rather disgusting, it was thick rather the a nice clear oil as usual. With respect please get more CBD oil concentrate. I drive from Dover to Lewes.

Staff is friendly, but products vary greatly in consistency, quantity & quality. Bags are rarely weighed correctly. They’ll tell you ‘there is a window area of accuracy that we’re allowed’... Seriously?! I’m paying for incorrectly weighed products? Prices are already ridiculously high. hmmm...did someone say Rip off?!

First time with my wife in the lewes location and we won’t be back unless it’s our last resort. Being a long time customer of their Wilmington location, I expected the same experience but was horribly surprised. The guard had absolutely no common courtesy and treated myself and my wife like we were less than human. He was offended just by our saying hello, barked orders at myself & my wife like dogs and even made us pull our pant legs up to show him we had no weapons. This has never occurred to us in the over 3 years we have been members there. The center staff were friendly as usual, but did not seem too concerned with the guard’s behavior or the fact that he visibly upset my wife. I feel horrible for the others-the elderly and terminally ill patients who are being made to feel as though they’re doing something wrong and being spoken to like trash. The guards here are lacking basic compassion and empathy and that reflects poorly on the center itself for allowing it to continue.

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
