Just purchased an inexpensive 20 $ vape, thought it unusual that it was out of the box, but it appeared new. also purchased a charger. plugged it in and immediately noticed it wasn't charging properly. Took it back in approximately 1 hr after purchase to exchange for one that was working and told they would not exchange or return it even tho it never worked once! Steer clear! This place is not just poor service but thieves. It was only 20$ but I'm not spending 10$ to return the item they should have returned themselves. BEWARE if you buy an electronic device or any other item here and it does not work, they claim no responsibility and you are out your money and its up to you to try to get it repaired by the manufacturer at your expense!

I was in the store and witnessed a gentleman bring in a vape battery that he had purchased less then an hour, before he brought it back, because it wouldn’t take a charge, The guy working refused to exchange it or take it back. literally a 20$ item, , some old dude sitting there I don’t think he even worked there, started yelling at the guy who just wanted to exchange the broken battery that wouldn’t take a charge.. with so many vape shops in the Melbourne area, I would never recommend this place... Bad business and very rude..
