Brandi was my service rep - must admit that it was a bit of a shock to take my car in for an oil change and then discover that I faced about $800 in repairs to the exhaust system. She walked me through the process, gave me options, got me a lovely loaner car, and the repairs were completed as promised. I can be pretty picky - as this dealer well knows, since I have been bringing my 2013 Equinox here for service ever since I bought it from them. As a Human Resources executive, I have a special appreciation for good customer service - and a very low tolerance for poor service. I will definitely complain about the bad service - but I am also always happy to give credit where due. Brandi did it all the right way, from beginning to end.

Bruce is a salesman we trusted to select the right car from stock for us. He didn't up sell us, and we started off going to lease a vehicle, but then decided to purchase. He didn't get upset having to do the paperwork twice. He also looked for the best deal for us. We were going to purchase through our credit union, but he told us about the GM financing rebate. This is our second vehicle we purchased from Bruce.

Brandi was great, she was waiting when I arrived, checked my car in quickly and suggested a service I didn't know about. Car was serviced quickly and I was out the door. The only issue that stopped me from giving you a 10 was the CONSTANT issue with your car was not working. Not acceptable for a great dealer group like Feldman...buy a new system please.

This was my first visit to Feldman Chevrolet New Hudson's service center. My experience started in the Service in-take area went very smoothly. Andy the in-take tech was very courteous and helpful. He also arranged the ride back to my home and a pick up the next day which I appreciated because I live quite far from the dealership. When the service was completed it came in on time and under budget. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The staff was friendly and polite. What was surprising was that I never had to wait more than a minute or two--I was able to drop off my vehicle and get a shuttle to work remarkably quickly. The work seems to have been done right, communication was timely and to the point and, again, it was quick! Thanks, team!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
