I have had nothing but positive experiences with the customer service at Emerson. Whenever there was any type of error in an order, they corrected immediately, at their own expense. I was always treated with kindness on the phone. My only complaint is the new website....I don't like the set up at all and along with many others who I have consulted, we find it difficult to navigate and miss the old format. I will continue to order from Emerson Ecologics without hesitation.

Such rude customer service I am just done at this point. They dont care I buy $40,000 worth of supplements every year. I will be ordering straight from suppliers from now on. My last few orders were all screwed up. When I call to have them corrected I am on hold for an hour to get through to someone. When I ask to speak to a manager about not getting invoices that cost me $200 in sales loss due to errors from my new MA, I talk to Lynne and she is defensive and rude instead of just correcting the issues at hand. Further confirming they could seriously careless about my business. I dont have time to have my time wasted all the time. I dont have time to be incessantly spammed by their stupid Wellevate program. Doctors are just getting really sick of the website changed and errors, nonstop email spam about Wellevate and then the final nail in the coffin for me is having to call and be on hold for an hour and have to listen to the whole Wellevate sales spiel the entire time. 10 years of loyal business and this is how I am treated. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This company is simply a crook....on an order of $87 they initially charged $36 for shipping and then when it came through ups an additional import charges of $32 were levied...so in effect $68 for shipping for $87 product...when i asked why this wasn't told upfront while placing order even as a caveat, they said we mentioned in our FAQ that we are not responsible for custom delays...useless to place any order with tem.

It was first named by the merchant and inventor Samuel Blodget(t), eponym of Samuel Blodget Park and Blodget Street in the city's North End. His vision was to create a great industrial center similar to that of the original Manchester in England, which was the world's first industrialized city. During the Industrial Revolution, Manchester was a major industrial and economic hub for New England, with the Amoskeag Manufacturing Company being the largest cotton textile plant in the world. After World War II, many textile manufacturing jobs left Manchester, but new industries and companies ... Read More

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
