I began seeing Dr. Johns for some chronic back pain I've dealt with for years. In a matter of 3-4 visits, I was astonished by the results and how pain-free I was! I've seen him and his team again for shoulder issues, and he is quick to accurately diagnose and get a treatment plan in place. His entire staff is knowledge, effective, and friendly!

I initially visited Dr. Johns due to ongoing SI joint issues. The whole team took great care of me, and I was doing well on my own for a few months. Then, one morning I woke up in excruciating, radiating pain down my right leg due to overexertion at the gym. I called the office, got in touch with the office manager immediately, and Dr. Johns fit me in for an emergency visit despite a completely full schedule. I got to the office unable to walk, and left that day more than 50% better, coming back every day that week until my pain was entirely gone. Without Dr. Johns and his professional, caring and diligent team, I simply don't know what I would have done. They truly saved me. I cannot emphasize enough that this is the best chiropractic care team I have ever encountered. Not only was the pain mitigation a relief, but Dr. Johns identified the problem, was more than capable of handling it, and everyone took care of me every step of the way. You won't regret coming to Elevate Life.

After suffering from a poor and painful latch with my newborn for many weeks on one side I was at a loss of what to do and nervous it would hinder my ability to breastfeed for much longer. I brought my little one to see Dr Johns at the suggestion of a friend and after 4 short sessions we are pain free and she’s nursing like a champ! I was nervous to consider chiropractic care for my little one because I wasn’t familiar with the practice for this age, but Dr Johns walked me through every gentle step and explained everything so well. The process was very simple, minimal and gentle for our girl. I’m so glad we saw Dr Johns and can continue to breastfeed painfree now. Thank you!!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
