I visited this man on a referral. I hesitate calling him a doctor, because after his vile arrogant treatment on my first visit, its clear his pocket book and ego has long since overcome any memory of his Hippocratic oath. Simply put, after calling me no less than 4 times to confirm I would be on time to my 1PM appointment. He failed to walk in from his long lunch until almost 2PM. After insisting to have a few minutes of consultation before completing every last one of his 20 forms (before 1PM...his calls insisted I come early so I don't miss 1PM) expending his expensive up front cash demands, his anger at being confronted because of the wait to ask a question was unbelievable. I was told "people like me" need to learn to be "humble like his other patients". If I truly needed medical attention I would wait "humbly" outside and be grateful to see him. "People like me" "humble". This man needs his license taken away and needs serious psychiatric clinician time. Narcissism and a god complex from a truly third rate medical school and he is a strip mall doctor! Stay away?!?!?!?!?!

Been seeing the doctor since last year with great experiences until he closed his Margate office with no notification. The office manager calls to tell me that the doctor had an emergency at the wellington office and will not be in today so they had to cancel/reschedule my appointment. i rescheduled and then again received another call from office manager that doctor wasn't going to be in. I called now to schedule and found out the office is closed. the office manager is rude, not accommodating and can care less about the doctors patients. I do not recommend this clinic solely due to the horrible office managers attitude, rudeness and lack of concern for patients.

I've been a patient since Feb 2014 & I love dealing with this doctor. No matter where he moves to or location I will follow him. I am a faithful patient. He always shows concern for me & my chronic pain. & good looking too 😉 but seriously, I've had no complaints. I've had neck injections. Lower back injections. & monthly prescription refills. He is quick to respond to any questions or needed call backs. I recommend him to everyone who needs pain management. Dr Maldonado cares & that makes him awesome in my book! Love, Gena Peterson-Cook

Absolutely fantastic. Does not treat you like an addict but had genuine concern about your pain. Does not talk a lot though, but is a good listener.
