I’ve taken a good friend to this Dr on three different occasions now and each time she hasn’t been seen or even called back to the room until 45 mins to an hour after her appt. she says she’s been insulted by this Dr more than once in regards to her age, being told that certain things just don’t make since for him to try and fix or send her to a specialist because she’s “up there in age” ( his words ) she’s much older in her 90’s and feels like she’s limited as far as the doctors she’s able to see because she uses Medicare. Nobody she have to deal with such treatment, especially not when they’re paying him for a service. I wouldn’t recommend him at all to anyone.

HACKED IN STATEMENT THAT I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT IN THIS HEADING. I AM ALWAYS FULLY INSURED THERE WAS NO CAR ACCIDENT. DELIBERATELY DIDNT XRAY MY HIP***UPDATE If this Dr doesnt like you his hate will follow you and thats why he sent me to that do nothing, saboture surgeon. My health has severely deteriorated because he refused to order the proper xrays to diagnose spinal tumors and an MRI of the hip and knee which he knew was the problem in the beginning. UPDATE: This doctor seems to think its okay to let his non-doctor licensed clerical worker "ELLEN" decide what is true about how a persons diseased hip deteriorated. She apparently told the doctor it couldnt have happened the way I said even though I have proof of previous steriod injections from years prior from another doctor. According to my surgeons a hip joint can go at anytime without any pressure applied at all. SHE CLAIMED: I was basically a liar...and instead of sitting in my new car with the seat up uncomfortably to far and unable to pull over due to traffic because I was feeling great pain in my hip...she told the doctor I had to have been in a car accident. This woman was accusing me of fraud! When I asked the Dr why he was refusing further testing on me him and his nurse told me that I had to go out to the lobby and demonstrate to Ellen how and when my hip went out on me. So... I had to demonstrate to her in front of a lobby of people/patients how it happened, with her shacking her head "No" at me!!! It is because of her negative influence that he played games with my life and did nothing for me. My car is fine and so was my trade-in at a major dealership. THIS IS A SLANDEROUS LIE THAT FOLLOWED ME TO DR LINARD WHO WAS FINE THE FIRST VISIT THEN ROTTEN THE SECOND. THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THE OFFICE MANAGER DENIES EVER HAVING AN EMPLOYEE BY THAT NAME THERE. GASLIGHTING!!! AND BESIDES...MY INSURANCE PAYS FOR THOSE MRIs EVEN IF JUST PAIN IS PRESENT. I WILL NEVER FORGET THE HORROR AND MISTREATMENT I EXPERIENCED HERE. AND I CAN PROVE PURCHASING AND TRADING IN MY "NOT IN AN ACCIDENT CAR" THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT LIAR!!! WHO IS THE LIAR!!!!

Dr.Baroff saved my friends sons life when no one else could diagnose him. He ordered the blood work to verify his suspicions and then made phone calls to get him in immediately with a specialist. He also saved me when I was at the end of my rope. I had been to several derm docs, UofM and no one could figure it out. He took me off the medications, gave me 2 prescriptions and after a few hours I was relieved for the first time in 7 months. He’s professional and I have trusted him with my daughters life for years. I recommend him.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
