Wow, I'm impressed! Dr. Schmittat is truly a Whole Medicine doctor. Modern science fused with ancestral healing modalities, plus a great demeanor. I felt like a friend she really cared about feeling better, not just a patient, and we'd just met! Precise attention to detail during intake helped her dial-in on the physical, behavioral, and energetic causes of my complaints (shoulder and lower back). She holds detailed knowledge of anatomy, explaining not only which muscles/tendons I had strained, but with practical advice to adjust my behavior, as well as stretches and exercises to address the problems. After all that she STARTED treatment! It was my second time receiving acupuncture, but this was not like the last time with just needles. She used two different electro- stimulation devices (one on the needles themselves) an infrared heat lamp, even her treatment table was heated and super comfy! I left feeling significantly better and am extremely pleased. I greatly look forward to seeing her for years to come. Thank you Dr. Schmittat!
I can't say enough good things about Dr Schmittat. I just had a back issue that was not only giving me terrible pain but was preventing me to stand up or move. She immediately offered to come home to treat me and get me back up on my feet so I could actually go to the quiro . She did acupuncture, cupping, massage and electricity and by the 3rd session I was able to do it. She texts and calls to check up on me, who does that, seriously! She is capable, friendly, calm and honest, the whole package! She had previously treated my daughter from shoulder pain that she have had for months (too much dancing) and her pain went from 8 to 2 in 2 sessions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a less invasive, no drugs, natural and effective option to traditional medicine. Thank you Dr. Schmittat, you are a life saver!

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.
At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.
In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
