I called their office today to get some more information about pain prescriptions. The lady who answered the phone laughed at my questions then hung up on me. I couldn't believe it when all the negative reviews for this doctor had mentioned how rude the office manager is. I mean seriously, it's crazy to me that there's a review from 6 years ago about how horrible she is, and yet he still lets her have this job! Dr Goloff, you're likely a good doctor, but this woman is quite literally destroying your career -- nobody wants to be treated like that. Apparently it's his wife so he's not going to fire her, but unless he gets rid of her I'd suggest going elsewhere.

I had a very welcoming 1st visit after 5 years with my other pain management and surgeon center not doing pain management anymore. Dr Goloff and his wife/front desk manager were very professional and took very good care of me. I dont see what the negative comments are about if you are legit they will treat you fairly from what i have seen.

This is not a normal medical practice!!! Steer clear!!! They only see patients one or two days a week when they are not on vacation, do not return calls, do not accept insurance ($250 cash per visit. Period.). The office manager, according to a previous reviewer—his wife, is rude, deceitful and maybe schizophrenic. There are many better choices!

Dr Goloff and his staff are fantastic! So kind! The dr was very thorough and had great empathy! I had the same dr for twenty years, I adored him he was like my family! I never thought I'd meet another dr as wonderful as he was I finally peace after many months! I highly recommend! What was said in prior reviews pertaining to his office staff...it couldn't be further from the truth! She has a job to do and does it well! Obviously they broke the rules!!! She's a lovely woman and I enjoyed my time with her! This is the only review you should be reading! And for a first appt! I barely waited! I'm finally home! And I'm so grateful!!!

Thinking back Dr. Goloff helped me quite a bit and as much as he could. But I had an accident that day they required me to see a psychiatrist and which I did anyway BC after the accident I was chronically depressed for a couple years thinking that I had no control over my life and ROsemary can be rude and intimidating but all in all what you have to tolerate with the doctors around here they aren't too bad. I was going through a very hard time an I wish they could have more sensitive and I'd go back if I could. i just wish they took insurance.
