Hello, I just wanted to commend the service from Karina Medina last night at Urgent Care on Bronze Star in Woodland. She was pleasant, patient, and compassionate when I had a problem with the local Walgreen’s pharmacy in filling an order that Luke had just placed. Karina made sure my concern was heard and I appreciate her help and pleasant demeanor. Leticia also called me after hours to share how my situation had been resolved. They both went above and beyond. Thank you for hiring these amazing ladies. They are exactly who should be interacting with people who are sick or in need of assistance. Big thanks to Karina and Leticia.

Supposed to be simple walk-in drug test for employment but they said they are filled that day. Never heard of that before. So they scheduled me the next day at 7am and when i came in the check in, they said they don't have walk-ins and I wasn't scheduled. Not professional.

The receptionist are not very welcoming all they do is gossip about about nonsense and whisper among themselves when Patients walk away. Very unprofessional.

About Woodland, California

Woodland is a city in, and the county seat of, Yolo County, California, United States. It is located approximately 15 miles (24 km) northwest of Sacramento, and is a part of the Sacramento metropolitan area. The population continues to grow every year, with a growth rate of 0.33% annually, and a current population of 61,873. Woodland's origins date to 1850 when California gained statehood and Yolo County was established. The area was well irrigated due to the efforts of James Moore, which drew people into farming as the soil was very fertile.
