Alex did an amazing job today. Called me ahead of time and got here early which was helpful to me. Also very respectful of things I asked him to do like put on shoe covers. Offered me something to help with start up of our system and explained it thoroughly. Very knowledgeable as well. I would definitely recommend him and Diamond Heating and Cooling.

Alex from Diamond Heating & Cooling diagnosed and corrected my ducting issues as well as my "whoever used to live in my old house did some creative rigging of the system" issues. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was good. He did a lot of work. I was a very happy camper !! I even signed up for their maintenance plan (great discounts by the way). Have already recommended Diamond Heating and Cooling to my friends and family.

Alex did an amazing with our repair. Not only was he quick to respond to the problem we were having, he was also patient listening to my description, then asking questions that helped him to determine the possible issue. Upon arrival, Alex presented himself as a true professional, quickly getting to work to diagnose the issue, explaining it clearly to ensure my understanding, and then making the needed repairs. Throughout the process, Alex was very personable and again, extremely professional.
