Had to recently buy my 2nd Toyota from Crystal because of an accident. I came back to this Toyota dealership because of the excellent service that I received on my first car since 2008. Enjoyed working with Victor, Samuel, Kevin (Used Car Manager) and Alex for another car....a very nice and helpful team. A shout out to Kevin, he closed the deal for me. He is both approachable and professional. His in depth knowledge regarding used cars as well as the warranties that go with them helped to assure me that I should make a purchase. It's almost 1 month later and I'm very happy with the car. Thank you so much!

I would like to give Kevin Flores, the manager at Crystal Auto Mall, five stars for his help. I came to their dealership with issue of tinted window on my car and asked for help. Kevin listened to my issue and told me that he will take care of it. The whole time there, Kevin was very friendly and made me felt very comfortable there. He had shown complete professionalism and demonstrated what customer service really means. Crystal auto mall is very lucky to have a manager like Kevin. I would love to recommend him and the dealership to my friends just because of him.

Sharing my experience about the service center at Crystal, I have visited this place three times to get service on my Toyota. First service was fine ( i had 5k miles on a new vehicle i purchased from them). Second, i had an oil change. went through service drove home, found oil leaking over my driveway. Brought it back, mechanic told me that the tech sheet does not require to drop the skid plate to change the oil. (oil was dripping from the top side of the skid plate because when the oil was changed, it poured over the entire skid plate, the factory trained authorized technician didn't have the common sense to clean up after his work!) third visit was hopefully the last. I brought it in for two concerns, the tech asked to speak to me about the one concern. I had asked them to inspect for a mouse nest in my vehicle in the HVAC intake. I pointed out the 2" void in the engine compartment shroud that a mouse must have gotten in. (bad design IMO) tech Told me he would replace the cabin filter after i just got done telling him i have a K&N filter installed (reusable and washable). I asked him are there any compartments he can check to see if a mouse is living in them? he tells me he doesn't know, he can replace the cabin air filter, again! after the mechanics short tempered responses, tossing his hands around, acting like I inconvenienced him I figured he doesn't know how to work on the vehicle to search the HVAC system for a mouse issue, I made the decision to stop service completely because of the poor concern he showed towards my issue and the prior oil issue, all wrapped in a bad attitude. The last thing i want is someone disgruntled working on my 50K plus vehicle. I had high hopes for this service department based on the great purchase experience I had. Its unfortunate and thankfully there are choices.

This is more a complaint for a specific Advisor since I’ve had much better experiences at this dealership before. The Service Advisor Brianna recommended I change my brake pads and sent me home with the worst sounding squeaking, creaking, and griding sounds I’ve ever heard come from my 3 year old car last Saturday. I finally was able to make an appointment 7 days later and Brianna turned me away immediately, basically telling me I have to go in on a weekday because there were no technicians or drivers to look at my car. It was a 4:45pm appointment! She could have called me earlier to inform me of as much instead of waiting so long. Furthermore, she brushed off a possible safety issue as ‘just some noise’ and sent me home in my creaking car. What an awful personality.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
