Ive come here for 6 years just because its nearest to my home. Great product horrible customer service. There is one employee named mark who is helpful and kind. The other employees seem miserable and rude. I stood at the counter there were 2 employees (one was a manager) they both did not greet me and completely ignored me. the woman looked at the number for the line and turned her back. I pulled a number tab since I felt they were going to play that game. The number was 84 I was the only person in line the employee woman walked up to the tab dispenser and called for #82 Looking past me into the bare warehouse. I said, "are you serious?" she didn't acknowledge me. So I walked away. These people should get training on customer service they lack it or find a job that makes them happy.

The manager of the optical department is rude and impatient. I have been a customer for over 20 years and instead of great customer service, I was scolded and treated very poorly.

I tried calling 10 times already at different time they did not pick up. And when I called the main Costco they transferred me there but they still didn’t pick up.

Don't buy glasses at this location, the Optician I dealt with would not take responsibility for not fitting my face for the correct size frame required. I bought two pair of glasses there and BOTH frames are the wrong size for my face. Manager Leonard was on vacation hopefully will call me back to get this issue resolved.

Contacts at Costco are significantly cheaper and they take VSP too! Special shout out to Mark (5’4”ish 40s, tanned skin, Filipino maybe) because 4 years ago, he schooled me that the last number of any frame is the width size of that frame. I have always had trouble finding glasses that fit my wide face. Mark helped me realize I need a 55 width frame which ended up saving SO MUCH TIME! I now enjoy looking for a new set of specs, and I always look out for Mark’s cherry smile and personality. I won’t name names but there are people that work that optical desk who hate their job or look like they do. Mark recognizes people and always says hello. He appears to have a following!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
