Great experience all around! Told Kevin (the salesman) what car I was looking for (even the color) and the monthly payment I wanted, and he made it all happen. Even the time signing my paperwork was quick and very professional. Altogether was in and done, driving my new car home in a little over an hour.

WOW! I can't say enough GREAT things about Conway Ford and especially Mitch, their truck Service Advisor! I had this annoying rattling noise coming out of the engine compartment of my new motor home built on a Ford chassis ever since I had it. I first took to to another Ford dealer elsewhere and their mechanic drove it, told me it was normal and don't worry about it??? NO WAY! I called Conway Service and was told I need to talk to Mitch so I left a message. So, I'm thinking "GREAT! I'LL NEVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM" Was I wrong! Mitch called back in 20 minutes. Very professional, friendly, informative and assured me that they would address the problem. I took it in where Mitch and I drove it and he immediately knew what it was. I left it and Mitch called me within 2 business days and told me they found it was a V belt problem and it would be replaced and ready the next day! I picked it up yesterday, drove it home and was so relieved that the noise was gone. I honestly thought I would have to suffer with this noise forever, I was so glad I took it to Conway Ford. I Definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.

The new Jennemann Rick who I just met because my rider was Mitch is fantastic he make sure my car was fixed right came outside and checked it with me to make sure that everything that we needed to do when the car was done right and perfect you can’t beat the service in Conway Ford I’ve been to Thailand for a beach Ford and I won’t let them touch my car ever again Ryan who is the service manager for all the departments even came over to look at my car and say hello to me and thanked me for my business how could you beat that if you guys are smart and you have a Mustang or any for trying to go to Conway Ford they get the part for you if it’s at all possible the next day thank you

Purchased a 2018 F-150 from Conway Ford in the fall of 2018. I was a pleasure to have been treated so well by the Sales Staff. They helped me select the right truck and applied no pressure. Recently a problem arose with the trucks engine. Gary in Service Department easily had the problem diagnosed and corrected. What a great Ford Dealership.

Great place to purchase a car. I love my new Ford Fusion. The one gripe I do have is that when calling to get ahold of the service department I was bounced around from voicemail to voicemail. When I left a message I still have yet to hear back.
