Like any dispensary in the San Francisco area, it poses a get-in-and-go environment. I ordered from Weedmaps, set my pickup time, and went to the store. They were pretty nice to me, telling me about first time patient discounts, and that I needed to sign up and fall in line for that. Either way, I got what I wanted and the experience was great. :)

I don’t know why these guys have some bad reviews? I got fast service and it was a good price and quality. They also gave me a first time customer discount which was nice. Thank you!

The clerk ignorantly defended a faulty engineering design of an entire product line to a mechanical engineer. He explained to me: "Oh your doing it wrong, you can't screw in the cartridge all the way or it wont work" and then refused to return my pen. It was not only insulting , but it was a RIP off. They sold me a vape pen that only works when the cartridge is loosely or partially screwed in .... I have to deal with it lol......

You get a One Star because your Manager Angelique does not know how to manage. What ashame for a 5 star company. Disrespectful, discriminative person!

*WEBSITE NOT ACURATE* *POOR SERVICE* *WASTE OF TIME* Stop coming here after receiving poor service from when cookies sf had ownership of the location, even under new management the place sucks, the service of the security at the door has changed tremendously and I am greatful for that but after today i realized its still the same, lacking customer service. I walked in and was greeted nicely by the security I walked in & the person checking me in was on her personal cell phone just having a great time she just looked at me checked me in and continued her conversation on the phone thought nothing much of it but when I got to the counter the lady bluntly glanced at me with a attitude, I asked if they had Banana OG (confirming on the website they have it) She said banana what ? Concentrate, flower what ? I said flower and she said no we don’t I said it says on the website and she said I know it dose it probably sold out a few days ago, a FEW DAYS no one can keep up with the website really ? You got one person at the front on the phone having a ball and no one was in there when I showed up but when I mentioned it she asked for a laptop and started using it as she was suppose to be helping me ? Really ?? Last try I gave was asking for something similar she flat out said no that not in that price looking at me like I’m broke ? Man this girl is a joke what a disgrace to the company

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
