Stephanie always checks on how I’m feeling, before, during, and after all of my appointments. She always checks if the exercises she gives me are easy, difficult, or pushing me to my limits. She is very thoughtful with giving me the attention I need for my appointment and for my “homework “.

When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted by staff in the most kindness manner, but soon after I interacted with another staff who was polite and help assist me; from there I was in out of the clinic within 10 minutes. I’m a person of good customer service and I believe in good and quality services must be showing from time you enter the building to the time you leave.

Unfortunately, my experience was not so great. I was left waiting, while the staff was having conversations. Other patients were able to walk in after I did and get service(the preliminaries before being serviced in the back)before me. I am all for making the work day enjoyable, but let it not be at the expense of a patient. Concentra Urgent Care is clean and overall a nice place. The back staff worked quickly to get patients in and out, great team work.

Walked in, signed in, told to sit. Full bladder for work drug screen. 15 min later, given forms to fill out. City of fort Lauderdale fireman comes in gets paperwork and goes in! 30 min later called up to sign another form. Firefighter gone. 15 min later called back for urine drug screen. 1 hr 15 min is ridiculous. The sign in your office stated: prompt care Trusted, mutual respect, focus heart resolve.....I didn't see prompt care or mutual respect. Firefighter trumped me.

My experience here was great because they were packed with people but they were getting everyone taken care of and with a smile at that part to so in my opinion you don’t see a lot of facilities take in so many clients and work accurately and quickly like they did and that is why I always go to this concentra rather than one of the others because everyone so friendly
