I became a patient of DoctorsRX when medical marijuana was first passed in Florida. After a year of some of the worst service I have ever experienced at any medical office, finding Dr Mitchell Davis at Community Cannabis Center was wonderful. Dr. Mitch Davis is not only a well respected medical professional and DO, but he has experienced his own issues with pain. Dr Davis is knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and I have never had to even wait for a call back for any issue. When I have called the office, they handled issues for me immediately and with Dr Davis's direct help. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to Dr Davis and your awesome staff for your knowledge and experience and for the best patient care and understanding that I've ever experienced.

This experience was amazing. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable staff member who assisted me in filling out all my paperwork. Than I was called in to see Dr. Davis. He was very attentive to my needs and really took the time to educate me on what the best course of medical cannabis would be for my specific needs. I would recommend this to anyone in Delray beach or surrounding area who is looking for an alternative to traditional medicine. I look forward to following up with the Dr to let him know I am starting to feel good again. I am truly grateful.

I found Dr. Mitchell Davis and the Community Cannabis Center staff to be extremely knowledgeable. Every patient is unique, and requires a treatment program tailored to his or her specific conditions and needs. I'm extremely excited that they bring the medicinal benefits of cannabinoids to senior citizens, and to military Veterans.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
