Update: I still say the bud tenders have good customer service and I did find the young lady at the door very welcoming. They do have great prices but, the buds are also small and dry. Overall I do enjoy their products and store

If you want door men that try to interpret the marijuana laws instead of knowing them, if you want poor customer service, than this is the place for you. It's a shame but I've been coming here for a few years pretty regularly. I took a break because of the selections I found at another dispensary. Was in the area so I thought I would stop by. I wish I hadn't because that was the worst customer service I've had ever in a dispensary. I did not buy anything and will never come back here again.

GO TO BROADWAY LOCATION!!! Please do not waste your time! Customer service is awful, I mean that with zero exaggeration. Have had many people experience the same horrible customer service! I do know that it is specifically this location! The Broadway location is much more professional and they care! GO TO BROADWAY LOCATION! It is so worth the extra drive I cannot express that enough!

Nothing like they used to be. I only get to come through town once a year and was looking forward to this place. Last year they had a line out the door. Today... bare shelves, products displayed that they no longer carry and not even apparel to buy. I hope they can make it great again cuz they're all really nice people.

I will never shop there again. I went all the way there, and they refused my ID because it would not swipe. Other places simply scan my barcode. I have spent BREAD there. I won't anymore.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club.
