I was going to Best buds several times a week. It's close to my work. On a Friday I got a text for a buy two craft joints special. I can't make it in Friday so Saturday I stop in and am told it was just for Friday and they can't do it. No big deal. But Sunday I wake up to the same text that went out Friday. Now that was frustrating. But I still went back and got a Pyramid disposal.. I go for a drag and it barely works. I had to suck so hard it auto shut off. I tried many ways to make it work. As I said I stop in several times a week on my break so 2 days later I returned with the pen still full. I showed it to the same girl who sold it to me and she at first acted like they didn't sell that product. No idea how. I asked that she look at my account history. She found it. She then handed me a card and said to come back to speak with a manager. Not even a sorry. I just feel this is poor business and customer service. What a waste of a trip only to be told to come back. Is there really no night MGMT? I felt rushed and not cared about as a good customer. I was also inside this dispensary a while back and I believe the owner was in, older man sitting on a stool. A very pretty young lady came in after me. Rather than helping who was next he started talking to the young lady and bud tender. The young lady who just walked in got serviced and A FREE t shirt before me. I try to be so polite so I didn't say anything but that was the first bad taste this business left in my mouth. After my complaint about the pen and lack of resolution I vowed not to return. I wanted to share this experience.

What happened? It was a great place my first couple of times. My wife and I thought we had found our store to shop but we were wrong. For some reason they broke a federal law by doing a bait and switch on me..sent me a message with a great deal and when I get there they don't have it but take a look at this instead practically the same thing..was told they'd been out for weeks! You can't do that! New employees are short and rude and can care less about your question because they don't have an answer..at least not a truthful one! Yes was lied to about prices. The owner yes you the owner yourself said prices on the shelves were out the door..yet my total is 13 dollars more? WHAT HAPPENED? Plus you told me only one account was needed for couples then you drop a new rule on me after I had driven out there without my wife..when it had never been a problem before.

I've been to all of the dispensaries in Pueblo to Denver. This is the place people. This is the place. I promise you won't be let down with the deals, quality, service, and insight into the industry. I've never been to a better dispensary in my life. You will have the munchies, I promise lol.
