I have been a member of Club Pilates since May 2017 when they opened and have loved going every week! The instructors are well-trained and care about my class experience. They have several instructors and several different types of classes so I am never bored with the workout. I like that the classes are small and the app makes it easy to book classes each week. Most importantly, I see results and feel great after each class! I highly recommend!

I started Club Pilates NB when it opened— had never done Pilates and it quickly became my go to(now only) form of excercise. The variety of classes is what keeps it so fun and the attention to form that Pilates incorporates really prevents injury. I have done EVERY form of exercise and can honestly say nothing has made me feel better or more toned. I truly works and I never get bored. All the instructors are professional yet personally pay attention to individuals. The classes challenge me and are always different— Did I say I NEVER get bored. I love this studio and Pilates so much I am going through extensive training to be an instructor. You have to be very well trained to be an instructor—- I had no idea how much the instructors have been trained— but I can’t wait to complete the training and give others what has been such a gift to me! The staff is super friendly and always welcoming as well. Just love the whole environment. It is not a “gym” environment. I truly feel peaceful when I’m there. It is not a cheap place to exercise but I do feel the options are made clear. You are given the contract. Anyway, totally recommend Club Pilates!

I love Club Pilates and this location is awesome! I have been to several locations over the state of Texas and the instructors and owners at this location have been nothing but professional and encouraging. You become like family and that is exactly what I look for when I join a workout facility. The classes are phenomenal and I really encourage everyone to give it a try.

I LOVE this place! I have been a member of Club Pilates in New Braunfels since they opened in May of 2017. Being in my 60’s I was looking for a workout that would challenge me without the risk of injury. I love the control that doing Pilates on the reformers gives me. And the gentle correction to my form that I receive from the awesome instructors helps me to not develop bad habits that could result in injury. I take mostly 1.5 level classes and I love the variety offered. Occasionally I take a 1.0 class and it is evident that there is always something more I need to learn. It is great to solidify the basics! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the instructors are amazing! They are very skilled and knowledgeable and they keep the classes fresh and fun! I definitely recommend Club Pilates in New Braunfels. You can give them a try by taking a demo class!

Wish I would've read previous reviews before joining. Instructors are great, management not so much. Horrible in fact, rude, stuck up and defensive when confronted about any issues with payment or contracts that were not previously discussed. For a contract they send you a "confirmation code" over the phone in which you are to repeat back to them that turns out to be your "signature" without even going over or mentioning a contract. A previous review stated that they email you your contract after joining and i never received my contract until issues started to occur. Tana the GM is rude and in denial of any wrong doing on their part, she hung up when being confronted and had to talk to the owner Lance who was equally driven for money and nothing else. They threaten to report you to collections if money is not given and were just plain rude through the whole process. The process of enrollment is unorganized and misleading. Having a contract is one thing but not explaining it and not letting the customer know what they're getting into and then proceed to sign for them is uncivilized. I wasn't aware that i was under contract, let alone that i had signed one. This company though their GM, Tana and Owner, Lance have only given the impression that they are untrustworthy and greedy. This company has lost my respect on how they handled it all.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
