I loved going here! As my first experience everyone from the security guard to the staff offered exception service! They were all polite, friendly and knowledgeable! Kedrick was great! Very helpful! I'll Definitely be back!

The website is not only out of date, they no longer own the domain and can therefore not take down or edit any information so the prices are wildly inaccurate! I went in and the shopping experience was not only difficult, the gentleman working there very nonchalantly brought up getting stoned before going to work.

Make sure to scale your product before consuming, and dont listen to the people behind the counter, she was trying to tell someone that live resin is rosin....no knowledge, horrible quality "top shelf". Extremely disappointed to say the least!

I strongly do not recommend this place. Walked away as fast as you can. It was my first time at cloud 9. One of my customers suggested them to me. I went there to buy a wax cartridge and I specifically told the salesman that I must have a bottom airflow cartridge in order to work with my battery. I went home, Opened the package and immediately noticed that it was the wrong kind of cartridge. I also noticed that the wax was completely black in color. The next day I decided to visit cloud nine and replace what I was given by mistake. I hated the drive back, but I had no choice. I arrived around 8:30 PM and spoke to Ashley the manager. Ashley insisted that it was that dispensary policy not to return any items. I drove all the way to cloud nine twice, paid $35 for half a gram and ended up with NOTHING!. I would never recommend this place again to any of my customers their service is poor and the quality of their product is lousy.
