Beautiful store, it looks like a fine Jewelry store. However, this is a medical marijuana facility. Oils, Edibles, Wax, Flower (bud), and paraphernalia for vaping. You are not supposed to ever smoke any of it. $$$$

About Caguas, Puerto Rico

Caguas (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈkaɣwas], locally [ˈkawaʔ]) is a city and municipality of Puerto Rico located in the Central Mountain Range of Puerto Rico, south of San Juan and Trujillo Alto, west of Gurabo and San Lorenzo, and east of Aguas Buenas, Cidra, and Cayey. A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items.
