I highly recommend Chinese Acupuncture and Herb Center! I've been doing treatments with Lauren Peabody since the end of December 2018 due to some issues with fertility; in fact, my OB/GYN recommended IVF. After doing some research and reading some reviews, I decided to give Chinese Acupuncture and Herb Center a try. Fast-forward March 2019, I am healthily pregnant. Lauren is very caring, a good listener, and is attentive to her clients' needs. She has been positive from the first day. Thank you, Lauren, for all the care you treated me with! You are very talented, and I am very grateful for the treatments you have provided thus far.

Success starts here. I have found a caregiver who provides the best acupuncture I have experienced. I have experienced relief to my physical ailments and received invaluable advice with my overall healthcare concerns. The changes and mitigation of my pain have been executed flawlessly. To have this type of treatment from someone as skillful as Ming Chu Benson one can appreciate the time honored traditions of Eastern medicine. With the combined knowledge of western medicine she provides true skills as a healer . This is the right place to come.

A place of soothing, educated care. I'm normally nervous about needles, but the needles are placed quickly, expertly and with hardly any sensation. I enter the treatment, tense and in pain, and leave feeling refreshed. I whole heartedly recommend this business and treatment.

Mika provided me with thorough and professional care during my acupuncture treatments. She explained the process, making me feel at ease and comfortable during our appointments. Also, she gave me a recovery plan specific to my situation and needs so I knew exactly what to expect. In addition, I have found that her knowledge about how the body works is fascinating and her "whole body" approach. I enjoy learning from her and hearing her take on health related topics. Thank you for all you contribute to society and people’s care Mika.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
