Counter service was fine and the food was prepared quickly. I got The Dario and added onions and peppers to it. Everything would have been delicious with the exception of the "hot sauce" put on the sandwich. They drowned the sandwich in it, making it overly soggy and there was nothing hot about it. More like buttery vinegar sauce... almost like they cut the hot sauce with a tub of butter. Had that not been on it, it would have been perfect. I'll try it again without the sauce.

Great sandwiches love homemade chips. Having said that, charging .75 for a little cup of ranch is a bit much. Generally not to crowded.

Well let's just say If you want steak and No cheese you will like this place. My husband got the Philly with onions, peppers and cheese. Yeah right. He had a couple onions and a pepper, could not see the cheese. I ordered a 10 inch sub with only mushrooms and cheese, no meat and it still was 9.50. with marginal cheese, couldn't see it mostly mushrooms and bread. If you have money to throw away try this place. Most of the 10 in sandwiches are 9.00 and up.We are locals and just tried it for the first time. I feel ripped off with no receipt, they didn't give us one. Otherwise I would be going to get my Money BACK! Steer Clear.

Very tasty food and friendly staff. A menu with plenty diversity and delicious. Makes your choice when you order.you can eat in, or drive thru either way it's a great place THE Cheese steak factory. You need is your empty belly. Try it you'll love!!!!!****

Awful experience. Their recording said they were open till 9 PM on Fri and Sat. We got there at 7:45. They had an attitude when we walked in and told us they closed at 8 PM. I told the owner their recording said 9 or we wouldn't have come. He didnt appear to believe me. Why would I lie about something like that! The owner was very nasty...not a great way to run a business!!! The fish fry was ok. Philly Cheese was bland and flavorless. Peppers restaurant has a much better one. I was embarrassed that someone from western New York would treat customers like that . Be forewarned diners!!!
