Very nice sales rep. Daren was very knowledgeably. He walked me through the entire rental process and answered all my questions. He looked for all the discounts he could possibly offer. I'll definitely go back there again.

It's Climate controlled, a little on the expensive side for the size of space that you rent, staff is semi professional, I received a late fee and I paid my bill but when i asked about the removal the late fee they really didn't care or were willing to work with me. Their answer was ..well you paid your bill so we figured on Line we figured you weren't contesting the late fee. So I asked about talking with a manager about it ..it stated that their manager really doesn't like reversing late fees. It's a clean place and if you need to store precious items that affected by the weather it's great for that, but like I said, it's on the expensive side for amount of space, maybe really think about this as a short term option or if you think that it will turn long term before you will use the items stored maybe consider selling them and repurchase them again down the line when you know you will use the items more, lots parking, in house restroom, elevator, carts to help you move heavy stuff or if you are by yourself having to move items, access up to 10pm or if you pay extra you can get 24 hr access.
